Day 1 Arrival & Immersion

Day 1 – Arrival in Kathmandu – Transfer to Historic Bhaktapur

Welcome at the international airport and private transfer directly to the historic medieval city of Bhaktapur. Check into your hotel for an expedition presentation. This choice offers immediate cultural immersion away from the bustling capital center.

Day 2 Panoramic Flight

Day 2 – Scenic Flight Kathmandu to Pokhara: Annapurna Panorama

30-minute domestic flight to Pokhara offering breathtaking vistas of the Annapurna mountain range. Afternoon at leisure around Lake Phewa to make final gear checks and enjoy the mountains.

Day 3 Valley Ascent (2,700m)

Day 3 – Pokhara to Chame (2,700 m): 4x4 Trail & Hot Springs

Depart by private 4x4 for Chame (approx. 6h trail). Marks the beginning of the valley ascent and the first altitude acclimatization stage. In the late afternoon, enjoy natural thermal hot springs beside the river.

Day 4 High Altitude (3,600m)

Day 4 – Chame to Manang (3,600 m) & Gangapurna Lake Acclimatization Hike

2-hour drive to reach Manang. To safely validate this second acclimatization tier, embark on a hike toward the turquoise glacial lake of Gangapurna. Overnight in Manang.

Days 5 to 13 (9 Days) Heart of the Expedition

Days 5 to 13 (9 Days) – Snow Leopard Tracking Expedition

Nine full days in the field dedicated to tracking and observing the Snow Leopard alongside our experienced Himalayan master trackers equipped with Swarovski HD spotting scopes. Flexible pacing includes cultural transition at the 600-year-old Braka Gompa monastery.

Day 14 Newar Village

Day 14 – Manang to Bandipur: Valley Descent & Traditional Newar Village

Begin descending from high altitude. 6 to 7-hour road journey to Bandipur, a traditional Newar village renowned for preserved 18th-century architecture and mountain vistas.

Day 15 Return to Capital

Day 15 – Bandipur to Kathmandu & Leisure Evening in Thamel

Return drive to Kathmandu (approx. 4 hours). Check into hotel and enjoy free time to rest and explore Thamel's vibrant artisan alleys.

Day 16 UNESCO Heritage

Day 16 – Kathmandu Valley UNESCO Cultural Heritage

Full day discovering the greatest cultural monuments of the Kathmandu Valley (Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, ancient artisan streets).

Day 17 Departure

Day 17 – Airport Transfer & International Departure

Private transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your return flight with unforgettable memories of the Ghost of the Mountains.
