Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrive in Nepalgunj, half day safari

Pick-up in Nepalgunj: Meet at the airport or designated location.

•Transfer to Bardia (approx. 2.5-hour drive).

•Lunch at the ecolodge, check-in, and briefing.

•Afternoon jungle walk: A first immersive experience on foot, guided by an expert tracker. Learn to read animal tracks, listen to the sounds of the jungle, and observe monkeys, deer, and exotic birds.

•Return to the ecolodge, dinner, and time to relax.

Day 2 - Full-Day Jeep Safari

Early breakfast before setting off for a full-day jeep safari.

• Explore Bardia’s remote areas in a 4×4 vehicle, increasing your chances of spotting tigers, rhinos, elephants, and other wildlife.

•Lunch break in the wild, at a prime observation spot.

•Afternoon game drive, stopping at waterholes and lookout towers for the best wildlife sightings.

•Return to the ecolodge, dinner, and free evening.

Day 3 - Rafting Safari – Wildlife Observation from the River

•Breakfast at the ecolodge, then transfer to the river.

•Rafting safari on the Karnali River, a peaceful and immersive way to observe wildlife.

• Spot crocodiles, Ganges river dolphins, and rare birds, as well as animals drinking by the riverbanks.

•Lunch in the wilderness, on a secluded river beach.

•Continue rafting, stopping at key locations for wildlife viewing.

Day 4 - Full-Day Jungle Walk & Tharu Cultural Experience

Day 5 - Return to Nepalgunj
